We are Welcoming New Patients

Your First Dental Visit

On your first visit with us, we take the time to address any immediate dental issues, review your medical and dental history, and work with you to create a treatment plan that helps you reach your smile goals. You will also receive an exam and dental cleaning. Our focus is getting to know you and your concerns so that you feel comfortable and confident to call us your new home for dental care. We consider this first visit the beginning of a long-term relationship with you. Use the link below to call us with any concerns and set up your first appointment at Lifetime Dental & Implant Center!

On your first visit, please bring the following information:

  • Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
  • A valid form of ID.
  • A list of medications you are currently taking.
  • A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
  • Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.

Insurance and Financing

We believe that quality dental care shouldn't break the bank. That's why we do everything possible to eliminate financial barriers so we can help as many people as possible. We work with most major insurance companies and accept external payment plans for patients that don't have dental insurance.
